Responsible for:

  • Manage student follow-up rules
  • Monitor the progress of students, based on the terms of guidelines, school history and evaluations of the follow-up seminars
  • Organize student follow-up seminars
  • Assess requests for extension of defenses
  • Forward the results of the student follow-up analyzes to the collegiate of the Program and the Strategic Commission

  • Manage teacher evaluation rules
  • Monitor teaching contributions to the program, based on the annual evaluation
  • Forward the results of the teacher evaluations to the collegiate of the Program, Selection Committee and Strategic Commission
  • Evaluate members of newsstand requests

  • Manage scholarship projects and applications
  • Publicize available scholarships and make appropriate calls to interested parties
  • Select fellows
  • Follow the progress of the scholarships
